Processing Times

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States):

  • Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days 
  • Express Shipping: 2-3 business days 
  • Overnight Shipping: Next business day if ordered before 12pm MST 

International Shipping:

  • Standard International: 7-14 business days 
  • Express International: 5-7 business days 

Shipping Carriers

We primarily ship through USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier will be selected based on delivery location and shipping method chosen.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and excludes expedited or overnight shipping options.

International Orders

For international orders, please note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
  • These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some skincare products containing specific ingredients may have shipping restrictions to certain countries.

Shipping Issues

If you experience any issues with your shipment (damaged, lost, or incorrect items), please contact us at support@parkerwilliamsskincare.com within 7 days of delivery.

Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.
